Where It Started
Our foundation was built through years of hands-on construction experience and a commitment to doing things the right way. Much of that foundation began with Felipe Razon, whose experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail helped shape the standards we continue to follow today.
Regardless of the size or complexity of the project, Felipe believed the standard of workmanship should remain high. Whether working on a residential rehabilitation or a large multi-unit property, Felipe brought the same standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project. His approach was simple: understand the work, do it right, and never compromise on quality.
What We’ve Built
As our company has grown, so has the scale and complexity of our work. What began with hands-on masonry construction and rehabilitation has developed into a broader focus on building consulting, construction management, and façade rehabilitation. Along the way, we have continued to build our network, and strengthen our technical capabilities.
While our capabilities have evolved, the principles behind our work remain the same: understand the project, find the right solution, and deliver work we are proud to stand behind.
Why Ace?
The word ace has long been associated with someone who is highly skilled at their craft, making it a natural reflection of the company we continue to build. The name ACE represents the standard we strive to bring to our work—skill, quality, and a commitment to performing at a high level.
But the name also has a more personal meaning. Ace is the name of our family dog and has been part of our family for years. When it came time to give the company an identity of its own, ACE represented both sides of what we wanted the name to stand for: a standard of excellence in our work and something meaningful the family stands behind.
