Clients have decided to revamp this building which was vacant for several years. With lots of coordination and planning, a new look was given to this buildings.

Mortar repointing & lintel repairs
Demo back half of building
Pour concrete foundation
Install new CMU back wall
Torched roof repairs on areas where reattachment
