Performed an extensive masonry rehabilitation at 2722 N. Pine Grove, initially contracted as a façade grinding and tuckpointing project to address water infiltration affecting upper-floor units. Upon opening the lintel areas, severely deteriorated structural steel was discovered, prompting Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates to direct a full demolition and reconstruction of the exterior walls from the parapet down to the top-floor window line to restore structural integrity and long-term building performance.”
